Before giving details of various delivery method we are offering, we would like to remind you that French Polynesia is about 18 000 km from Europe and about 8 000 km from East America, that means approximately 24-hour flight to go to Europe and 8 hours fight to arrive to L.A. Although French Polynesia is part of French territory, our products can be checked by customs. In this context, we are unfortunately unable to offer a delivery service in 24 hours or 48 hours. We thank you in advance for your understanding and your patience.

Whatever the way of transport chosen, the costs are automatically calculated at the time of your order, depending on the weight of your pack.

We offer you 3 ways of delivery:

The "NORMAL" delivery
Your package is supported by the international postal services. The shipping by air depend on the space available and according to scheduled flights from Tahiti (via Paris, Los Angeles, Noumea, Tokyo, Auckland and Santiago de Chile).

The approximate delivery time is 2 to 4 weeks to France and the countries of the EEC, from the day on departure from Tahiti. These deadlines are given as an information and can be fluctuating according to public holidays, periods of the year, possible strikes, etc.

There is no system to track parcels in Tahiti, except for Chronopost / Express shipments. The number given is awarded only if the postal service would have to handle a complaint from us.

The "PRIORITY" delivery
Your package is supported by the international postal services. The shipping by air depend on the scheduled flights from Tahiti (via Paris, Los Angeles, Noumea, Tokyo, Auckland and Santiago de Chile).

The approximate delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks to France and the countries of the EEC, from the day on departure from Tahiti. These deadlines are given as an information and can be fluctuating according to public holidays, periods of the year, possible strikes, etc.

There is no system to track parcels in Tahiti, except for Chronopost / Express shipments. The number given is awarded only if the postal service would have to handle a complaint from us.

The "EXPRESS" delivery
Your package is supported by the International CHRONOPOST Services. The shipping by air is scheduled 2 or 3 times a week, depending on period (only on friday to New Caledonia).

The approximate delivery time is 8 to 10 days to France and the countries of the EEC, from the day on departure from Tahiti. These deadlines are given as an information and can be fluctuating according to public holidays, periods of the year, possible strikes, etc.

Your package is monitored daily and you get a tracking service.

CUSTOMS


Although French Polynesia is a French territory, our products are subject to customs control at the entrance of the main countries of delivery (Europe, American continent, etc.)…
For this reason all prices exclude taxes. You can therefore be required to pay taxes and complementary customs fees to the carrier that will give you your package (eg VAT).
If so, you will not be able to recover your package without paying these taxes and customs fees that are charged to you. These taxes are yours; Tahiti Pack cannot be charged for its.
It is difficult to estimate the amount of these taxes because they are not systematically applied. But you can make an average estimate by applying the VAT rate applicable in the country of delivery chosen to the amount of your order.

The importation of alcoholic beverages is the sole responsibility of the buyer who is commited to:
- use any alcoholic beverage for personal consumption (adult person).
- take all necessary information from the customs office of the country of delivery, before placing any order on the site Tahiti Pack.
- pay any customs duties, taxes, fees or fines.
- to waive his order (including shipping costs) in case of confiscation of the goods by the customs authorities, as well as in case of return of the goods to POLYMISSIONS the sender.
- accept general conditions of sale before buying alcoholic beverages.
POLYMISSIONS can not be held responsible for non-delivery and / or return of the goods.
